Planet of Alicorns

This is a planet of Alicorn Empire, which placed near the center of the Galaxy. To avoid overpopulation, and war with the colonies in space alicorns built around the planet ringworld, in which moved the bulk of the world's population and colonies. Also, the ringwold is the center of diplomacy and trade between different worlds and alien races. The population of the ring is about 20 billion alicorns and aliens together.
